Handle your Stress Before it Handles You

We all know that stress is bad and we should avoid it, but that is easier said than done!  Does the thought of stress make you stressed even more??  Let’s talk about some practical steps you can take to handle your stress on a daily basis and prevent it from “handling you” in the form of sickness or disease!

Be prepared to laugh, learn, move, and maybe even sing! Be blessed, not stressed!
