Since 1996, Lynn has been certified and registered in the Ingham Method of  Hand and Foot Reflexology by the International Institute of Reflexology. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher, certified through the International Center for Reiki Training. Her successful practice incorporates many healing art modalities, centering on holistic wellness, both spiritual and physical, through energy balance and nutrition.

Lynn is available, by appointment, for private sessions and to facilitate classes on how to apply various stress-reducing techniques. She is a “snowbird” and you will find her practicing her arts in Florida between late November and March.
