My name is Mallory Grace Johnson. I wasn’t handed the best deck of cards growing up, but I knew from just five years old that I was going to break that cycle. In July 2023 I moved out on my own to heal my inner child. By September 2023 I found yoga and that’s when the work started. I dropped my deposit on a 200 hour yoga teacher training right away knowing nothing about yoga. Through that it helped me on my healing journey. Now it’s my goal to help others heal their inner child.
I’m a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, Akasha Yoga teacher and a Reiki practitioner with much more to come.
I teach every Sunday night at 7pm. I offer Akasha Yoga classes, and Restorative Yoga, which is a gentle, slow-paced practice that focuses on deep relaxation, stress reduction, and rejuvenation.
Yoga Classes:
$12 for a drop-in class
$50 for a package of five classes
Reiki Session:
$60 for an hour Reiki session
